A new direction for Fix Dessert Chocolatier. Jam or Go Nuts is a blondie-style bar, the warm, caramelised, butterscotch character of blonde chocolate combined with peanut butter and a berry jam ripple. Bold, nostalgic, and completely unlike Fix’s Middle Eastern-inspired bars. This is fix chocolate going global.
Released as part of Fix’s newest collection, Jam or Go Nuts targets a different craving, comforting, familiar, but elevated to artisan standard. The peanut butter is rich and roasted, the jam bright and fruity. The blonde chocolate base ties everything together with its buttery sweetness.
