The defining characteristic is the pistachio kunafa filling: a mixture of pistachio cream and shredded kunafa pastry (a crunchy Middle Eastern pastry made from vermicelli-like strands) inside a chocolate shell. When you break the bar open, the kunafa stays crunchy and the pistachio cream is dense and fragrant. No other chocolate format replicates this texture combination.

Both Fix and Dodo make their own versions, with subtle differences in chocolate thickness and filling consistency. Fix has a snappier shell and drier kunafa crunch. Dodo has a thicker shell and creamier filling, priced slightly lower. Many customers order both.
